Credentials: Please note that all media credential requests will only be assigned to members of the WORKING MEDIA. Freshman All-American Camp credentials not used by working media will be revoked. All members of the media will be required to show official working identification upon check-in. Credentials are non-transferable.
Any media members seeking autographs will have their credentials revoked immediately.
Applying for credentials does not guarantee confirmation.
All requests must come from an outlet's assignment/sports editor or director. All credential requests must be made through the camp website www.fabfroshcamp.com. A credential request form is available for download under the "Press" tab. Complete the form and return to James E. Johnson at james@jrallamericancamp.com or fax to 301-576-5402. Applicants may be subject to an additional submission request on company letterhead and should include a contact phone number. A representative from Freshman All-American Camp Media Relations will contact your outlet after your request is reviewed.
Interviews: At the Freshman All-American Camp, player interviews may be conducted during game sessions. Please respect the players' privacy immediately prior to and following their games. A 10-minute "cool down" period will be in effect after each game to allow players to regroup. During this time no interviews may be conducted. In addition, interviews will not be conducted 10-15 minutes prior to each game. If you are in need of assistance arranging an interview with any player, coach, or the Camp Director Clay Dade, please contact James E. Johnson or another Freshman All-American Camp Media Relations Representative.
Photographs: Still photographers may shoot only from the baselines of the courts. Use of flash and/or tripods is not permitted. Following the camp, members of the media can check out both headshots and action photos on an as-needed basis. Media may fill out a Photo Request Form, which will be found in the media press room. Each request throughout the year can be faxed to 301-576-5402 or emailed to james@jrallamericancamp.com.
Photos requested during the year can be sent to you in an electronic format via email. In rare occasions prints may be available. If you have a photo request and you are working on a deadline please email or fax as soon as possible. A complete set of headshots for the entire camp will not be provided. Please note this photo request format is not designed to deter photo requests, but instead it is designed to ensure that the photos being requested are used.
Statistics: Camp statistics will be available for each player and team. Stats will be provided in the main media room following each game. A complete set of compiled stats can be emailed to you at the conclusion of the camp. To order a complete set of statistics, you will need to fill out the Statistics Request Form, which will be available in the media room. A full set of statistics will not be distributed during the camp.
Media Room: A spacious area of the Suwanee Sports Academy will be designated for working media only. The Suwanee Sports Academy is equipped with complimentary WiFi throughout the entire building allow internet access courtside Please confine all social gatherings, arguments, debates and other such conversations to outside of this space or room. A professional atmosphere must be maintained at all times in the media room. If you are not a working media member filing on deadline, please show your professionalism and respect for those who are.
